My Top 7 Lower Back Stretch Videos


I’ve been working from home, 35 hours per week. The chair I’m using isn’t that great on my back.

This combination has left me with that familiar pain in the lower back. I had a rotten time with sciatica earlier in the year, though, and was given some videos to help me out.

The exercises are a variety of stretches that will help counteract the damage that can be done by prolonged periods of sitting with bad posture.

You don’t have to wait until your back hurts before you try these. If you do this as a preventative measure, then it was strengthen your back and help prevent problems happening in the first place.

So, here are my top seven videos of stretches to help prevent lower back pain.

Video 1

Repeat on both sides 5-10 times, hold each repetition to a discomfort, pull or stretch in your back and not pain. Repeat 3 times a day.

 

 

Video 2

Repeat 10 times to both sides to the point of discomfort, pull or stretch in your back and not pain. Repeat 3 times a day.

 

Video 3

Repeat 5-10 times to a discomfort, pull or stretch and not pain. Hold each repetition for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times a day.

Repeat 5-10 times to a discomfort and not pain. Repeat 3 times a day.

Video 5

Repeat 5-10 times to a discomfort, pull or stretch and not pain. Hold each repetition for 10 – 20 seconds. Repeat 3 times a day.

Video 6

Repeat 5-10 times to a discomfort, pull or stretch and not pain. Hold each repetition for 10-20 seconds. Repeat 3 times a day.

Video 7

Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day.
